The Great New Playground for Kids

• KidStreet opened officially on September 30, 1995. It is a community-planned and built playground located behind the Bridgewater Township Municipal Building on Garretson Road. The volunteers of Bridgewater Creative Playground, Inc. worked for over two years to create KidStreet. More than 1,500 community volunteers helped build KidStreet with the assistance of the Department of Public Works, the Department of Recreation and Parks, and the Police Department. Area residents, businesses, and corporations contributed the money to build KidStreet which area children will enjoy for years to come.
